Adorable Shiloh, passed from home to home at least 4x before coming to us all before 4 months old! Life could've easily ended very differently for this little girl but now we can make sure she has love and stability and the vet care every dog needs and deserves.  Shiloh is being fostered in Utah and has just come to GPRRUM. She will be getting her 1st set of shots and is learning how to be part of a family. She is wonderful with other dogs! She's learning about cats too. She LOVES water and so far seems to have a lot of the Border Collie personality.  Shiloh loves all people! She needs some work on the leash and house training is a work in progress. Poor little Miss hasn't stayed anywhere long enough for anyone to teach her. But that changes now! Shiloh will be ready for her forever home once she's fully vaccinated, but don't wait.
