Description

Imogene (A142742) is a 2-year-old kitty who weighed over 8 lbs at intake!07/11/26 Imogene, who often goes by Iggy, was brought to the shelter with her brother Marvin and their housemate Areya Hope due to their previous owner suddenly needing to leave state. Iggy was described as being outgoing, friendly and affectionate. She can be shy around strangers but was said to be gentle when playing once comfortable. Iggy was said to be liter box trained, and she has used it reliably while at the shelter. Imogene does not have any experience with kids or babies, so please keep this in mind if planning to introduce her into a home with littles. She was said to to fine around dogs, but she prefers to be the only female kitty in the home. It is possible that her feelings may change after her spay, but please use caution when introducing to female cats. All introductions should be done slowly and in a controlled manner.
