Meet Quincy, a handsome 2-year-old orange Domestic Shorthair who is ready to leave his street life behind and settle into a loving indoor home. After spending the past four months learning to trust people, Quincy has made wonderful progress and is now neutered, litter box trained, and discovering how enjoyable life indoors can be. While he's still a bit timid and skittish, especially with new people, patience is rewarded with head scratches, tasty treats, and watching him happily entertain himself with toys. Quincy gets along well with other cats and would likely thrive in a home with a confident feline friend to help him continue building his confidence. He isn't a fan of young children, so a quiet home with cat-savvy adults or someone willing to let him adjust at his own pace would be ideal.
