Hi, I’m Dogcat, I got this name because two kind boys found me after I must have fallen out of a car. I was scraped up with road rash, scared, and hurting. They gently put me in a cardboard Petsmart box, with the word Dog on the side, and called a rescue to help me. That’s how I got my name… and my second chance. At first, everything felt big and frightening. But once I realized I was safe, I discovered something important: I love being held. Now nothing scares me — not new people, not new places, not even the vacuum (okay, maybe a little). I’m brave, curious, and always ready for affection. In my foster home, I had four cat playmates, and I adored every one of them. I’m social, playful, and happiest when I have a buddy to wrestle, chase, or nap beside. If you already have a cat, I’d love to meet them. If you don’t, I can be your one‑and‑only cuddlebug too. Now I’m looking for my furever home — a place where someone will hold me, play with me, and let me show just how sweet and resilient I am.
