Bennie – Gentle, Observant, and Quietly Curious Bennie is a deaf American Pit Bull Terrier mix just over 2 years old, weighing 46 pounds. He has a thoughtful, gentle nature and enjoys checking out his surroundings. Nice walking companion: Bennie may pull moderately on leash initially, but he settles quickly into a comfortable trot after the initial excitement. Curious explorer: He enjoys watching everything around him and likes sniffing and exploring at his own pace when he is off leash. Soft and cautious: Bennie can seem shy when meeting new people. With a little time, he begins looking back at you and accepts gentle pets. Selective but sweet: He is sometimes picky about treats, but cheese is a favorite. Once comfortable, his quiet sweetness starts to shine through.
