Meet Tansy! Tansy is the quiet heart of the bunch—a sweet, gentle girl who prefers to take her time getting to know you. While she may be a little reserved at first, once she feels safe, her affectionate side shines. Before long, she'll be seeking you out for attention, happily curling up beside you for a cozy cuddle.Don't let her calm nature fool you—Tansy still loves to play! She enjoys chasing toys and joining in the fun, but she's also content to relax and watch the world go by. Her favorite place is right next to her favorite person, especially if it comes with belly rubs, which she'll gladly accept.If you're looking for a kitten with a gentle spirit, a loving heart, and a calm, comforting presence, Tansy could be your perfect match. Give her a little patience, and she'll reward you with a lifetime of quiet companionship, soft purrs, and endless love. Tansy was born in April of 2026 and has a couple od siblings also looking for their forever home: Stellan and Zephyr.Tansy is fixed, chipped and up to date on vaccinations. She is also a litterbox champ! Children 9 and over. foster:asco   Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives! $350 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes.  These "guardian kittens" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $225 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.  These "guardian cats" help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $225 for kittens (6 months & under)    $150 for cats (older than 6 months)    $100 for senior cats (8 years or older) If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application  here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process!
