At just 1 year old and only 11 pounds, this little Schnauzer mix should have been someone's cherished companion. Instead, he was found as a stray, tired, neglected, and in desperate need of kindness.  It's hard to imagine what this young boy has been through. He should have known full bowls, warm blankets, and a family that couldn't wait to come home to him. Instead, he was left to fend for himself. Now Charles is safe, but what he wants most can't be given by a shelter—it has to come from a family.  A family who will see beyond his rough condition and recognize the sweet soul underneath. A family who will help him heal, learn to trust, and finally experience the love every dog deserves. Available at our Hilton Head Campus.
