Meet Freya!Freya is an almost 2-year-old German Shepherd mix who is ready for a fresh start filled with adventure, play, and plenty of love (and toys)!Freya is a social girl who loves other dogs, but she can be a little too enthusiastic. She gets so excited that she may miss the social cues her canine friends are giving her. She could do well with another dog who matches her energy level or a confident dog who is comfortable setting clear boundaries. When paired with the right playmate, Freya is ready to run, wrestle, and have a blast together.One of Freya’s favorite things in the world is toys! She knows exactly where the toy bin is and will happily search through it to pick out her favorites. Whether she’s chasing a ball, playing tug with a rope toy, or entertaining herself, toys are definitely the way to her heart.Freya is looking for a family who will keep her mind and body engaged through walks, playtime, enrichment, and continued training.
