  Meet Satin, a spunky and sweet 10-week-old female Calico kitten! With her gorgeous tricolor coat and purr-fectly soft personality, this little adventurer is ready to bring endless cuddles, curiosity, and playful energy to her forever home. She is true  to her name, this little girl is smooth, elegant, and completely irresistible. Like all Calicos, she boasts a completely unique patchwork of black, orange, and white fur, meaning no other cat in the world will look exactly like her. Calicos are famous for their bold, loving, and slightly assertive personalities  Satin is currently in her ultimate exploration phase—she loves chasing after feather wands, pouncing on crinkly toys, and exploring every new corner of the house. Satin is looking for a loving forever family that can keep up with her and one of her sisters  playful kitten antics.Because she is only 10 weeks old, she must go home with Denim or Flannel. Whether she is batting at a toy or snoozing in a sunbeam, she will make the perfect, entertaining companion.  We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs!  There are several reasons why Satin would do good with a friend, including: -Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you! -Having two kittens to play with each other prevents "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues. -Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see. -The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people. -You'll save two lives instead of one! Satin is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed , and litter box trained. Satin 's adoption fee is $165.  Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
