Hello there, you can call me DW, because that is my name! I am a brown tabby girl who is two months old. Now, if you come to visit me, I might hiss a little bit because I need to know that you will go slow and be gentle with me! I am actually very sweet, just shy—you can pet me and you can even pick me up, but I don’t want just anyone to pick me up, so make sure that you are a good person. I really need a patient, loving family to adopt me and I hope they find me soon! Oh, and I also like to play with toys so I hope my forever family has lots of those!  The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
