**Meet Blue!** 💙 Blue is a 4-month-old American Blue Heeler mix with a happy-go-lucky personality and a heart full of love. He&#39s an affectionate puppy who enjoys being with his people. Loud noises can make Blue a little nervous, so he would do best in a quiet suburban or country home rather than a busy city. No younger children. He&#39s wonderful with other dogs and loves to play like any puppy, but he also has a thoughtful side--you&#39ll often find him sitting quietly, taking in the world around him with his curious, inquisitive nature. Blue is still learning to walk on a leash, and we&#39re working with him every day. With patience and encouragement, he&#39s making progress. Copays vary by location. $110 reimbursement if adopters&#39 own vet/clinic is used within same timeframe for alter and microchip. All Mutts Matter Rescue is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible. *** Breed determination in most cases is often based on the limited history typically available for most rescued animals. We try to be as accurate as possible with the information we have and the rescue assessment of the pup.
