07/07/26 18:50 Meet Paquita, a female spayed senior (~10 year old) maltese/terrier mix who came into the shelter with severe matting, fleas and painfully infected diseased teeth. She has had her painful teeth removed (leaving her with only 2 teeth!) but she is so much happier and eating wet food very well. She was shaved to remove the leg matting, and she's been treated for fleas. She is timid and fearful in the shelter environment but looking for her `2nd chance` forever home to decompress in and grow older in! She looks (and acts!) half her age!
