Some cats wear their hearts on their sleeves. Petunia carries hers quietly, waiting for the person who will show her that she's finally home.   Petunia was surrendered through no fault of her own. She was loved by her previous family, but their resident cat simply couldn't adjust to having another feline in the home. Wanting the best for everyone involved, they made the incredibly difficult decision to give Petunia the opportunity to find a family where she could truly thrive.   Today, Petunia is settling into a loving foster home where she's learning that the world isn't so scary after all. Every day, her confidence grows a little more. She may not be the first cat to greet you at the door, but she notices every act of kindness, every gentle word, and every quiet moment spent beside her.   Petunia's future family will need to give her the gift of patience. She'll need time to adjust, explore at her own pace, and realize she's safe. But once she does, you'll gain a loyal companion who will happily curl up beside you, follow you from room to room, and become your very best friend and favourite cuddle buddy.   Every cat deserves someone who sees beyond their fears. Petunia isn't looking for perfection. She's simply looking for someone who will give her the time to bloom into the incredible companion we already know she is. Petunia is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.
