Tally is with our partner rescue in LA and can come to NJ with an approved foster or adopter Meet Tally – A spunky girl looking for a fresh start Tally is a tiny spark of joy just waiting to light up someone’s world. This sweet 6-year-old Rat Terrier came to us under heartbreaking circumstances after her owner passed away. She was found alongside her daughter, Jasmine (who is also looking for a home), and despite everything she’s been through, Tally’s gentle spirit is shining bright. True to her breed, Tally has a fun, energetic side and absolutely loves to play. She’s also a bit of an athlete and can easily leap over barriers, so a secure 6-foot fenced yard is a must for this little adventurer. Tally isn’t leash-trained just yet, but she happily uses a doggy door and enjoys spending her days exploring the backyard and soaking up the sunshine. She’s friendly, quiet, and incredibly sweet—a perfect mix of playful and gentle. Tally would thrive in a home where she can safely run, play, and be loved the way she deserves. Let’s give this deserving girl the fresh start she’s been waiting for. Tally is up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm.  She has been spayed and has a microchip. Her adoption fee is $500.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
