My name is Berloiz, and for a while I lived my life just outside a screened‑in porch where four lucky kitties lounged in comfort. I’d sit there quietly, watching them nap on soft beds and soak up affection, thinking, I could do that. I should be in there. One day, the human who cared for those porch kitties finally opened the door for me — and I didn’t waste a second proving I belonged inside. I walked right in like I’d been waiting my whole life for that moment. I showed them I wasn’t some rough‑and‑tumble outdoor stray. I’m a gentle, affectionate boy who melts under a good petting session, loves a cozy bed, and enjoys watching other cats from a respectful distance. I’m not demanding, I’m not wild — I’m just a sweet indoor kitty who never should’ve been outside in the first place. And thanks to Sheltering Hands, I’ve got the chance to find the home I’ve been dreaming about.
