Birthday: May 26, 2025 Pennelope grew up as a city girl.  Roaming the streets of the City of Harrisburg always seemed charming to humans, but to her, she wished she had company.  She was trapped by a TNR group to be spayed.  After she came out of her surgery, her rescuers found her to be too friendly to return back outside. She finally got the companionship she wanted, and Pennelope was NOT going to let that go! So, as a compromise, she was brought to LCCR, and now she's hoping to find a human best friend! Pennelope is a petite little lady who's as sweet as honey.  Sure, she likes her independence, but that doesn't mean she likes to be alone.  Quite contrary! This independent girl is incredibly affectionate, not to mention playful.  Some of her favorite games to play are laser chasing and foil balls.  While she does not mind the company of other kitties and dogs, she'd rather spend her day alone with you! Pennelope's adoption donation is $115 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and spay.
