Romeo is a 7-year-old, 14-pound Shih Tzu who recently retired from a commercial breeding kennel. Unlike many dogs from his background, Romeo is a little more confident and enjoys coming over for gentle pets and attention. He’s still learning that people can be kind, and each day his personality continues to shine. Romeo would do best with a patient family that will help him adjust to life as a cherished companion instead of a breeding dog. He enjoys the company of other dogs and will need a confident canine companion in his new home to help him continue building confidence and learning what family life is all about. A quieter home without young children would be the best fit for Romeo. With love, patience, and another friendly dog by his side, this sweet little guy is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. ❤️ Adoption Fee: $475 (includes neuter)
