Freedom Ride for #MADLoveZillah! Another shelter door closed...and a whole new chapter began.Miss Zillah wasn't exactly thrilled with shelter life. Between the noise, the cold, and all the chaos, she was more than ready to leave it behind.And yesterday...She got her jailbreak! Thanks to an incredible team of volunteers, this spicy little lady made her freedom ride to the loving home of her wonderful foster, Andrea LoganSo far, Zillah is settling in beautifully! Over the next couple of weeks she'll have the time she needs to decompress, settle into her new routine, and discover that life outside the shelter is pretty wonderful. Knowing this girl, we have a feeling there will be plenty of Zillah shenanigans along the way, and we can't wait to share them with all of you!A very special thank you to Maarit Pulli for taking the time to evaluate Zillah and helping her get one step closer to a brighter future, and to Andrea for opening her home and heart to foster this sweet girl.It truly takes a village to save a life, and this is another perfect example of why teamwork makes the dream work.  Welcome to the MAD family, sweet Zillah. Our home address is in Michigan, however, the majority of our dogs are not located in Michigan. The physical location of each dog is posted with the name of the pet or in the title area. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles.
