Hi, I’m Josh!  I’m a 7 month old Heeler/Lab mix weighing 40 pounds and my foster family thinks I’ll grow to around 65 pounds. I’ve got the cutest paws, the sweetest heart, and I’m just looking for someone to help me keep building my confidence I’ll be honest… I’m a pretty shy guy The world can feel a little scary sometimes, but every day I’m getting braver and learning that people can be nice. Once I trust you, I’ll happily follow you from room to room because being near my favorite person is my favorite place to be. I get along great with other dogs and cats!  Having a furry friend around helps me feel even more confident!  Now, let’s talk about my biggest talent… toy collecting! My daily goal is to gather every toy I can find into one giant pile. Is there a reason? Nope. Is it important? Absolutely I’m crate trained, almost completely potty trained, and working hard on this whole “walking on a leash” thing. I’m still figuring it out, but I’m a smart boy and eager to learn.
