Before coming to our rescue, we are not sure how long she had to survive as a stray outside, relying on the kindness of neighbors who made sure she had a meal whenever they could. Now she's ready to leave that life behind and find the loving home she deserves. True to her name, Sweet Pea is a gentle, affectionate little girl who just needs a moment to feel safe before her sweet personality blossoms. Once she knows she can trust you, she happily soaks up attention and enjoys spending time with her people. One of her favorite pastimes is relaxing in a sunny window, content to watch the world from the comfort and safety of indoors—a place she's made it clear she never wants to leave again. Adding to her charm, Sweet Pea is polydactyl, with adorable extra "double paws" on both her front and back feet, making her even more unique and irresistible. Sweet Pea would thrive in a quieter home with a calm, predictable routine.
