Hi there, I'm Ragnar. I used to be an adventurous street kitty, exploring the neighborhoods of Antioch all on my own. Those days were exciting, but I think I've earned my retirement. These days, my dream is simple: a sunny window, cozy naps, and a peaceful home to call my own. You'll often find me stretched out in a warm sunbeam, watching the world go by from the safety of the door or window. It's one of my favorite pastimes. Because I spent so much time taking care of myself, I'm still learning that people can be gentle, kind, and trustworthy. I'm an independent guy who appreciates having my space, and I'd love a family that will let me set the pace. With time, patience, understanding, and lots of love, I'm slowly building my confidence and learning that affection can be pretty wonderful. When I trust you, I'll let you know I'm ready for pets, but I'll be the one to make the first move. I promise it's worth the wait. If you asked the humans taking care of me, they'd tell you I'm incredibly handsome, adorably quirky, just a little spicy, and full of potential. I may not be an instant lap cat, but if you're looking for the rewarding experience of earning the trust of a special cat, I just might be your perfect match.
