ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA:  Meet Ficus (Courtesy Post). You think he’s an ordinary gray and white cat. You could be right, but then again… Ficus is a three year old with the uncanny ability to enchant you to “RUB MY BELLY” kind human. Even though he was hurt due to unfortunate circumstances out of his control he does not hold a grudge. He’s too smart for that nonsense. Ficus is mellow and will bring calmness to your world. All he wants is a house to live in and a human to share his life with OH yes and food. He is a four legged that would love nothing better than to sit beside you and listen to how your day went. Ficus’s foster mom says some of the things she appreciates about him are that he doesn’t make a big mess in his litter pan, he is not picky about his food, and he likes to sit quietly and watch as you work. He would be happiest in a home with older adults who are retired or perhaps who are semi-retired and working part-time.
