Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.  The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. DR CONRAD HAWKINS and his 3 siblings (DR KIT VOSS - NURSE NICOLETTE “NIC” NEVIN - DR. RANDOLPH BELL) were living in a rough area in Hemet, California. The nice lady that found them was feeding them, until we were able to get them fixed and into the rescue. DR CONRAD HAWKINS: A Sweet and Spunky Abyssinian Tabby Mix Ready for His Forever Home! Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED) 7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty 8. Sign Adoption Contract 9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH) 10. Gas donations always appreciated! ************* Please no calls to the rescue. No one is available to take calls. ************ If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets. Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption. We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. The adoption fee of $200 covers:  Neuter FVRCP shots RABIES shot FELV/FIV test (Negative/Negative) Drontal Dewormer Stronghold Flea Control Microchip We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens.
