Meet Tilly, an adorable Pittie mix puppy with an estimated date of birth of March 30, 2026. Weighing just 13.5 pounds, she's currently a little on the skinny side, but she's full of love, curiosity, and puppy charm. Tilly is a happy-go-lucky girl who loves being close to her people. Whether she's curled up in your lap or snoozing on a cozy dog bed, she's happiest when she knows you're nearby. She enjoys following her foster mom around the house and is always ready to see what adventure comes next. Tilly is a smart little pup who's already learned "sit" and is eager to keep learning. Since she's deaf, she'll learn through hand signals and positive reinforcement, just like many hearing dogs do during training. She's already picking things up quickly, is learning how to play politely with other dogs, and takes corrections well. Like any young puppy, Tilly is still working on house-training and is making great progress. She naturally heads to the door when she needs to go outside and has been keeping her crate clean. She isn't thrilled about crate time at first and may protest for 5 to 10 minutes, but once she settles, she relaxes and naps peacefully. Tilly would do well in just about any home that's ready for all the fun, love, and training that comes with raising a puppy. Since she's deaf, she'll need a family committed to continuing her training with hand signals and positive reinforcement. With her sweet personality, eagerness to learn, and love of people, she's sure to make a wonderful lifelong companion. Her minimum adoption fee is $325 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
