Meet Maeve!  This sweet one-year-old girl showed up asa stray, but you’d never know it once she warms up to you — Maeve is an absolute love bug at heart. She’s got tons of energy and enjoys playtime, but honestly, what she wants most is pets . Scratch her chin, stroke her back, and she’ll melt every time. Maeve takes a little while to trust new people and animals — she can be shy and cautious at first. But give her time and patience, and she’ll reward you with total devotion. Once she knows you, she’s affectionate with everyone, gets along great with other cats, and is happy to be picked up and carried around without a fuss. The one exception: dogs. Big, scary, no thank you. Maeve would do best in a dog-free home where she can feel safe. If you’re looking for a cat who just needs a little patience upfront before giving you her whole heart, Maeve might be your girl. She’s ready to trade her stray days for a lap to curl up in and hands that never stop petting her. Maeve is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations,  spayed , and litter box trained.
