Description

Meet Cheerio Cheerio got her name because she was trapped with a bowl of Cheerios—and just like her namesake, she’s impossible not to smile at. This adorable little girl is the queen of the zoomies! She races through the house at top speed, chases every toy she can find, and turns ordinary moments into hilarious adventures. Life is never boring with Cheerio around. When she finally runs out of fuel, her sweet side takes over. Cheerio loves to snuggle and has the funniest habit of climbing onto your shoulders to supervise whatever you’re doing. If she’s not perched on your shoulder, she’s happily weaving through your hair, convinced it’s the perfect place to cuddle. Playful, affectionate, and full of personality, Cheerio is looking for a family that will appreciate her endless energy, goofy antics, and heart-melting cuddles. If you want a kitten who keeps you laughing and loves being close to her people, Cheerio is ready to brighten your home.    We want to make adopting easy for you! Here’s our application:   https://form.jotform.com/232837730565159  Once you complete it, we’re on it! We’ll call your vet (or personal reference) the next business day. Then we like to do a brief video chat (FaceTime if you have it) so you can show us your new pet’s home - where they’ll sleep, eat, and play. During our chat, we can also give you tips or answer questions about how to successfully integrate your new family member into your household, especially if you have other pets. Our adoption fee is $150 and covers our costs of spay/neuter, vaccinations, vet exam, and supplies. (Once old enough, all our cats are current on their shots and have been spayed/neutered.) We’re a strictly no-kill shelter just for cats. We’re cage-free, donation-based, and volunteer-powered. We’re small but special and we’re glad you found us! For more info don’t hesitate to call or text us at  540-987-6050  or email us at adopt@rappcats.org.
