Scooter

Description

This is Scooter. Scooter has never met anyone he didn't like. Scooter is a greeter cat and meets you at the door to say hello and welcome you into his life. He greets everyone: stranger and family member alike. Scooter is the friendliest cat you ever want to meet. He is a lap kitty, too, and will hop up to get pets from you and will snuggle beside you. He loves to be petted. He'll head butt you to let you know he needs some love. Scooter is sad, though. His current mom is going to assisted living at the end of the summer and Scooter needs a new home where he can be in charge of greeting all guests in his home. His current mom has dementia and must find a safe new place for Scooter and her other kitties also listed on here (Allie, Slim, and Gizzy). Scooter likes other cats. He is good with kids who are cat savvy and also like cats. We have not seen him around a dog, but we think he is so friendly that he could be introduced to a cat loving dog. Scooter is about 5 years old. He has beautiful black spots over his body. He has been neutered and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. His vaccines will be updated prior to adoption.
