Cuddles and Elkie are a 4-year old bonded brother and sister pair who have been through a heartbreaking loss. After their beloved owner passed away with nobody knowing, they were left on their own and survived outside together for over a month before being found and brought to safety.  Despite everything, their bond has remained strong, and they are now ready for a loving forever home together. Cuddles is the larger of the two, a short-haired solid black boy with a gentle, mellow personality. He’s sweet, calm, and affectionate—a true little gentleman. Elkie is a smaller long-haired black girl with beautiful copper tones in her coat. She’s playful, talkative, affectionate, and full of personality. They are currently safe indoors and adjusting well after their time outside. Both are incredibly special cats who deserve stability, love, and a fresh start.  Because of their close bond and everything they’ve been through, they must be adopted together.  This pair should be indoors only (or a catio) and they live in Portland with their rescuer.  Their rehoming fee is $50.   This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM.
