But honestly, that doesn&#39t even begin to capture how truly lovely she is. Summer came to the shelter in heartbreaking condition--filthy, battling skin and ear infections, with painfully overgrown nails and heartworm disease. She had every reason to be scared, shut down, or unsure of the world. Instead? •She chose kindness. •She chose trust. •She chose to love. We try to be as accurate as possible with the information we have and the rescue assessment of the pup.
