Description
General Notes | Tassy is a beautiful, soulful Chocolate Lab mama who has traveled all the way from Mississippi and is ready to find her paradise in Colorado! This sweet girl is a retired breeder dog who has finally been given the freedom to pursue her own happiness. Tassy is wonderfully gentle, mellow, and deeply affectionate, longing for quiet comfort and consistent love. She adores soft blankets, sunbathing, and being close to her people. After years of selfless duty, Tassy is looking for a patient family who can show her how wonderful life truly is when you are cherished and safe. Give this deserving Southern belle a Colorado haven, and she will give you her whole heart in return. Want to adopt this dog? Please do not email us. Please fill out the Adoption Application ASAP. Personality | Very sweet, and very curious. Likes to be in the same room as her humans. She loves walks, but is very content just hanging out! She would prefer to have another dog in the family. Story | Other Dogs | Great, we would love for anyone adopting her to have another dog. Cats | Tassy generally just ignores the resident cat; they coexist well.Children | Training | she knows some basic commands and is working on more. Leash | Gets very excited when she sees the leash. Very gentle on the leash, generally walking with a loose leash.Activity Level | MildHealth Notes | Thank you! | Adoption Donations | Our adoption donations are $475 for dogs 8 weeks to 1 year, $425 for 1-6 years, $375 for dogs 7-10 years, and $250 for 11+ years of age.
