Description
Animal Information: Shasta and her four presumed littermates were trapped at around three months of age on a property with many neglected dogs; upon intake these pups were feral but over the last month she's been making a lot of progress and is now exhibiting social behaviors. Her littermates were all adopted and she was at risk due to space, so she'll be joining the rescue. She's now an estimated four months old, probably around 20 lbs and -- considering her history -- quite the resilient pup! We can't wait to see her continue to progress in foster care. Shasta would likely benefit from another dog in her foster home, to help her learn the ropes of dogging. Foster Profile: Coming Soon! Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter (on contract, if applicable), core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization (ID 81-5101166). She was at risk due to overcrowding and tagged for rescue, arriving to foster care on Monday 6/22 via our rescue partner Furry Freight. She will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
