Victory (“Vicky”) is the tiniest pup in the litter, but don’t let her size fool you—she has a huge personality! This spunky little Heeler mix loves to play and explore, but she also wants to be wherever her people are. Whether you’re relaxing on the couch or moving around the house, Vicky will happily tag along. She’s full of love, confidence, and charm. Her mom weighs only about 25 pounds, so Vicky is expected to stay on the smaller side when fully grown.
