Description
Meet Hickory! Hickory is a lively, joyful 3‑month‑old kitten who came in with her siblings, and she’s the little spark of the group. While she may have once been the more reserved one, Hickory has blossomed into a playful, curious, and endlessly entertaining kitten. She loves to explore, pounce, and chase anything that even resembles a toy—crinkle balls, wand toys, rolling toys, your shoelaces… if it moves, Hickory is on the case. She’s the kind of kitten who turns every moment into a game. Hickory will sit back and observe for a second, deciding exactly how she wants to make her move, and then she’s off—darting across the room with all the enthusiasm in the world. Her bird‑watching hobby has turned into full‑on bird plotting, and she’ll chatter excitedly at the window as she imagines the chase.Despite her playful energy, Hickory absolutely loves being babied. After a good play session, she melts into cuddles, soaking up affection and purring like she’s been waiting for that moment all day. She’s wonderfully social and does great with kids, cats, and dogs, making her a fun and adaptable addition to many homes. If you’re looking for a kitten who brings laughter, energy, and endless entertainment—and then curls up sweetly when the games are done—Hickory is ready to bounce her way into your heart.Hickory's adoption fee is $75, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful.
