Meet Chandler! Chandler is a handsome approximately 2 year old Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd mix weighing around 69 pounds who is ready to find the right family to call his own. Found as a stray in Rockwall, Chandler is now getting his chance at a fresh start and a future with a family who understands the needs of an intelligent, active dog. True to his breed mix, Chandler is a smart boy who will benefit from an experienced owner committed to providing regular exercise, mental enrichment, structure, and continued training. Chandler does well with female dogs but is not compatible with male dogs. If you currently have a female dog in the home, a meet and greet is required prior to adoption to help ensure everyone is a good match. Chandler is heartworm positive, but thanks to our wonderful partnership with Rockwall PAWS, his heartworm treatment is sponsored. His adoption fee is $125. Chandler is neutered, microchipped, current on his rabies vaccination and basic boosters. Chandler has the intelligence, loyalty, and potential to become an incredible companion for the right person. He is simply waiting for someone willing to give him the guidance, commitment, and home he deserves.
