March 2026 Have you heard about Ube, the purple yam? Its all the rage now-Ube cakes, pancakes, donuts, ice cream and all kinds of sweets! Well, we have the feline version of that ready to join your loving home! Ube was born in March 2026. He came to Loving Care Cat Rescue through a TNR project in Reading, PA along with his adorable sister Taro. He is currently living at a foster home in York, PA. He is gentle, curious and playful! He loves being with his sister Taro and plays well with all the other cats and kittens.  He has come to be very attached to adult foster cat Peabo who is also up for adoption!   Ube’s  adoption donation is __$135_ and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter/spay.
