Suzie Q – 9½yearold Beagle/Pointer mixSuzie Q came into the Animal Shelter as a puppy in 2017. She was adopted in 2018 and lived in that home for many years. In May of this year, she was surrendered back to the same shelter at 9½ years old.She is a friendly, easygoing dog who does best in a calm, quiet home, ideally with a senior adopter or someone who enjoys a slower pace. She likes short walks, gentle routine, and staying close to her person.Suzie Q is heartworm positive with no symptoms. She is already on treatment and continues to do well.She has no health issues. She gets along fine with other dogs out in public, basically ignores them, however in a home setting, she prefers to be the only dog. She can free roam with no destruction.Adoption Requirements:• Fencedin backyard• Condo with no fence will be considered• Calm household; senior adopter preferred• Prefers to be the only dog• Older childrenAdoption Fee: $100
