Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION:  Skip is a three-year-old male Pit Bull Terrier, 61 lbs and a tripod as his right front leg had to be amputated due to injury.  A wonderful family did right by him but, as he has matured, he is NOT good with cats or small dogs.  He is wonderful with female dogs his size or larger.  He is also good with children but best with those older than 6-7 as he might knock toddlers down.  He is housetrained, loves all people and that missing front leg doesn't slow him at all.   DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch (and we register the chip at time of the adoption); certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more.  (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
