Hi, I’m Kung Pao ️—a little spicy name for a very scaredy-cat heart with big playful energy. I get along great with other cats and small dogs, even if I sometimes let them boss me around. I’m still building my confidence, so I might run and hide at first, but once I feel safe, I start singing my little happy songs. I LOVE to play and have endless energy for chasing toys, wrestling, and zooming around the house. When I was younger, my foster mom helped me learn to trust by petting me during mealtimes. Now, every day when she comes home, I’m waiting to greet her at the door. It took me a while to realize people can be trusted, but now I love being near my favorite humans. I’m more of a “sit beside you” kind of guy than a lap cat, and while I’ll bravely explore, I never wander too far from the people I trust. I’ve come a long way, and with a patient, loving family, I know I’ll continue to blossom into the playful, loyal companion I’m’m meant to be.
