Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Stella! Before coming to Labradors and Friends, Stella was born on a dirt property alongside her mom and many other dogs. Life had been anything but easy, and when she first arrived, the world was a scary place. She was shy, nervous, and unsure of the people around her, with her tail tucked and her little body trembling. With time, patience, and kindness, Stella has started to blossom. Her tail now wags happily, she’s discovered the joy of play, and her sweet personality is beginning to shine through. Every day she grows a little more confident as she learns that people can be trusted. Stella is dog friendly, and while it’s not a requirement, we think a confident canine companion in her future home could help her continue to gain confidence and truly thrive. We’re still getting to know Stella as she continues to come out of her shell, but one thing is already clear—she’s a gentle, sweet girl with so much love to give. All she needs now is a patient family willing to let her settle in at her own pace and celebrate the little victories along the way. Watching a shy dog discover the world is one of the most rewarding experiences, and Stella is ready for someone to help her write that next chapter.
