Located in Blairstown, NJ and will need to be picked up from this location. Neo is not neutered and will require a prepaid agreement. He must be adopted with a "sibling", or you should have another young cat in the home. Neo is a very handsome light gray tabby boy with white accents.  He does typical kitten things - plays, jumps, explores, and loves his wand toys.   Neo was left at the end of someone's driveway in a plastic tote (with no cover) along with 8 other kittens.  He is a short-haired kitten.
