Meet Penny! Penny is an adorable 8-week-old female orange tabby kitten looking for a loving forever home! She was found all alone at the H-E-B in Rockwall. Thankfully, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan made sure she was safe, but unfortunately, they were unable to keep her. Now Penny is hoping her next stop will be a home where she'll be loved and spoiled for the rest of her life. This sweet little girl is everything you could want in a kitten. She's curious, playful, affectionate, and full of personality. She loves exploring her surroundings, batting around toys, and soaking up attention from everyone she meets. After a fun play session, Penny is more than happy to curl up for a cozy nap. She is at the perfect age to bond with her new family and grow into a wonderful lifelong companion. Penny's adoption fee is $75 and includes her spay, microchip, rabies vaccine, first FVRCP vaccination, and first deworming. Please note: Penny is scheduled to return to Rockwall Adoption Center for her mandatory spay surgery on Wednesday, 07/29/2026. This appointment is non-negotiable and is required in accordance with Texas state law.
