Description

Meet Violet, a gorgeous chinchilla bunny estimated to be about a year old. With her stunning silver-gray coat and gentle expression, Violet is every bit as beautiful as her name suggests. Violet's story began with heartbreak when her previous owner moved away and simply released her outside, leaving her to fend for herself. She was eventually found hiding in an alley behind a garage, where a volunteer came and rescued her before something terrible could happen. Like so many abandoned domestic rabbits, Violet never belonged outdoors and was incredibly fortunate to be saved. Despite being let down by the people she once depended on, Violet has remained a sweet and loving bunny. She has embraced the safety and care of the Center and is now ready to find a family that will cherish her for the rest of her life. At just about a year old, Violet has her whole future ahead of her. She is looking for a true forever home where she will never again have to wonder where her next meal is coming from or whether she is safe. In return, she'll reward her new family with all the love and companionship a wonderful bunny like Violet has to give.
