She would love to be adopted with her sister, Smoke. But, she could also do well as a solo gal. She could do well with older children who can appreciate her independent personality and respect her boundaries.Sable is a wonderfully social cat who enjoys being around people, including visitors, but she’s also an independent soul who likes affection on her own terms. She’s not a lap cat, but she’ll happily let you know when she’s ready for pets by head-butting your hand or asking for a few well-deserved head pats. When she’s not keeping you company, you’ll often find her gazing out the window, keeping tabs on the neighborhood, or occasionally batting around a toy mouse.A talented escape artist and master of stealth, Sable has a knack for quietly appearing and disappearing whenever the mood strikes.
