Sly’s my name and having fun is my game! Need I say more? Four years of age, weighing about 55 lbs.  I’ve got PERSONALTY FROM TIP OF MY TAIL TO THE STRIP UP MY NOSE!  It’s just takes a little while for my true personality to shine through.   Taken in by Molly’s Place, my bro Gus and I have been waiting for a chance for our furever home. Mom came in with us and was for sure a sharp looking possibly PURE Basenji. Fortunately, she has already gotten a home. Dad, well, mom never say, but he had to have been a hansom dude as well. Yep, good looks run in the family!   Although initially shy, I do slowly warm up and am great with other doggies. Fast moving children scare me so best if no children in my home. Once settled in and confident, my fun loving yet gentle demeanor shines though. I do need some exercise and a 4 foot fence would suit my just fine giving me initial boundaries and safety. I could be a single kind a guy or another dogs best buddy! No problem. If you have it in your heart to reach out to a little boy that only needs a chance to prove what love is, get going, fill out an application, lets meet. I'm eager to please with so much love to give. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following:    spay/neuter surgery,  microchip and registration,  age appropriate vaccinations,  initial dewormings,  Activyl for fleas,  tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only),  bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee.  Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis.  We can not send extra pictures.  WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet.  Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier.   Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash.
