Description

Lilac and Jackson are sweet, 6-year-old fluff balls looking for their forever homes!Lilac is more outgoing, always happy to be near her humans, while Jackson is a little more chill; you’ll often find him just relaxing under a bed or in a room by himself. But when the mood strikes, Jackson will occasionally jump up onto a couch or onto your lap to get some attention. When it’s time for some action, these two enjoy playing with toys that make noise. Jackson will even chase just a bell on a string. Lilac has recently displayed her hunting skills by taking out multiple house flies; this gal earns her keep. Jackson loves his cat nip-filled banana, and gets a lot more playful after adding a bit of herbal “spice” to his cardio time. Both Lilac and Jackson are fairly relaxed. Jackson's energy spikes after breakfast, and if he can't find anything better to do, he'll chase his sister Lilac (so handy). Lilac's energy level goes up prior to eating, as she is trying to encourage you to serve them a little early–can’t hurt to ask, right? These cute besties currently live in a house with two adults and two older teenagers. They would be great with older children, but are selective about which dogs they deem cool enough to hang out with. (They haven’t met any other cats yet.)Lilac and Jackson are fairly flexible, so would fit in with either a family or a single person; they would be a lovely pair for a first-time cat adopter. If that sounds like you, come double your joy this summer! There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimates.Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat?
