Description

Cookie is a sweet cuddler.  Great on walks, a lap pet and she really wants a canine companion. No small kids.  Cookie is small so we prefer older, respectful kids. Her owner was unable to care for her and the lack of grooming led to issues with peeing.  She developed a bladder stone, which was removed but the vet indicates she should remain on over-the-counter urinary support food for the rest of her life. Age:  4 years Weight: 11 lbs Temperament: Gets along with other dogs, older respectful kids. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation-funded and our fees are equivalent to (or less than) the cost to fully vet a new dog yourself. Please expect an adoption fee of $300; some of our urgent or long-term dogs have discounted fees.
