He loves attention and isn’t shy about asking for it, happily chatting with anyone willing to listen and making sure you know when he’s ready for some interaction. He enjoys being around people and has all the confidence and charm of a cat who expects to be included in whatever’s going on. But through all of his conversations, Butch has made one thing very clear: being cooped up indoors is not his style. He’s an active, outgoing boy who wants more space to explore and stretch his legs. He’s looking for a safe indoor/outdoor home or a working cat placement where he can enjoy the comfort and care of people while also having the opportunity to exercise his natural instincts and put his pest control skills to good use. Butch isn’t looking to disappear into the countryside. He wants the best of both worlds: people to love him, a place to call home, and the freedom to enjoy life on his own terms. For the right adopter, Butch will be an entertaining, affectionate, and hardworking companion with plenty of personality to share. Working cats are already spayed/neutered and vaccinated, and their adoption fees are waived. We simply ask that you provide food, shelter, and keep an eye on your feline employees to make sure they stay safe and healthy for the rest of their lives.
