Meet Floki, a charming and unique 2 and 1/2 year old miniature Xoloitzcuintli mix with a ton of personality! This little guy is looking for his perfect forever home where he can cuddle, play, and thrive with a family who understands his quirks and is willing to help him grow. Floki takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once you've earned his trust, he'll be your most devoted companion. He absolutely loves to cuddle , whether it's on the bed or snuggled under some blankets by your side. Floki is a fashionista and loves wearing clothes to keep his sleek, hairless body warm and cozy. He'd be the perfect partner for anyone who enjoys dressing up their pup in adorable outfits. He has a lot of energy and a playful spirit, so toys are a must! He loves to play and could entertain himself (and you!) for hours. Floki would do best in a home with either no children or older children who understand how to interact with dogs that have some temperament quirks. He can be a little nervous at times, so patience and understanding are key. Floki does well with other dogs and is curious about cats. While he's not aggressive, he may need time to adjust to feline friends. Floki is house-trained and knows how to use a dog door like a champ! However, he's a bit fearful when meeting new people or when visitors come to the house. He may nip at feet out of fear, so he'll need a family that's committed to helping him build confidence through training and positive reinforcement. Floki is still young and ready to learn. With the right guidance and plenty of love, he'll grow into an even more amazing companion. Dogs are not placed on a first-come first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal, applications may take up to 48 hours to complete.All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Floki's adoption fee is $200.
