Description

The girls are scheduled to arrive at our Glen Mills PetSmart adoption center on Saturday, June 27. Friendly and affectionate!  Please meet 10+ years old senior sweethearts Ruby and Sapphire!  Ruby and Sapphire are two incredibly sweet, affectionate cats currently being fostered through Forgotten Cats. While they are not a bonded pair, they have become wonderful companions in foster care, and we would love to see them adopted together if the right home comes along. However, we are also open to them finding separate homes where they will be equally loved and cherished. Ruby is the fluffy one, with a beautiful coat and a gentle, loving personality to match. She enjoys being close to her people and is happiest when she can curl up beside you for a nap or some quiet companionship. Sapphire is a little more petite but just as affectionate. She has a sweet, calm nature and loves attention, cuddles, and spending time with the people she trusts. Both cats are friendly, affectionate, and thrive on human companionship. They aren't looking for anything extravagant—just a safe home, a comfortable place to nap, and someone who will appreciate the unconditional love they have to give. Whether they're following you from room to room, greeting you at the door, or settling in for an evening cuddle, Ruby and Sapphire have a way of making a house feel more like home. If you've been looking for a loving companion, Ruby or Sapphire could be the perfect addition to your family. And if you happen to have room in your heart and home for both, we'd be thrilled to see them continue their friendship together. An extra note from the foster:  Both have been around children as young as 2 and as old as 7 so far with no issues. Some exposure to dogs with no hissing or swatting, and they came from a colony of cats, so I’m sure they will be fine with other cats. They have had some exposure to our cats and seemed fine. They may need to be slowly introduced to other pets to get used to them. Please submit our no-obligation Adoption Application for a meet and greet or to adopt:  https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/.  (Foster:  Lauren H.)
