Description
Hermie is a 9-year-old, affectionate sweetheart looking for his forever home!Hermie is a BIG love bug. He loves pre-sleep and post-wake-up snuggles in bed, curling up by your feet or arms. He’s obsessed with butt scratches and will playfully chirp when he wants more cuddles. He will gently make biscuits and purr contentedly to show his affection. He is happiest in your lap, receiving pets and love. Though Hermie can be a bit shy at first, this sweetie pie is well worth your patience. Given time and love, this lovebug has blossomed into the most gentle, wholesome companion.Hermie will play with his toys only when he feels like it and is in the mood. When he decides it is playtime, his go-tos are a black shoelace string and catnip toys. He is calm during the day but will get the evening zoomies! Come bedtime, he loves his nightly tube treats before bed — of course accompanied by snuggles. He will run in when he hears a can of wet food opening and chirp happily, rubbing against your leg affectionately. Hermie is currently on a special diet and is working hard on his weight loss journey, and doing fantastically :)Hermie currently lives in an apartment as a solo cat. Hermie would do best in a place where he has some space to explore outside of the bedroom (especially if you’re a light sleeper). His ideal home is with patient adults who will give him time to adjust to a new environment with plenty of space and allow his happy and wholesome personality to shine. If you’re looking for an affectionate new feline companion, look no further than Hermie!— — —There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown.
